Cairo, May 17, 2023 – Korra Energi, a leading company in the fields of contracting, energy efficiency, Industrial trading, and utilities, is participating as a major sponsor in ASHRAE- Cairo the 7th edition of the International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Insulation, Heating, and Energy. The exhibition, held from May 17 to May 19 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, aims to showcase the company’s advanced technologies through its global partnerships with companies such as RC from Mitsubishi Electric, Ibarra, and Yanmar, which have enriched the company’s experience and positioned it as a leader in this field.
Over the past 25 years, Korra Energi has achieved a remarkable track record of accomplishments. The company has successfully led change and innovation in the central air conditioning industry by providing cutting-edge and tailored solutions. This has enabled Korra Energi to achieve the longest operating hours, reaching 125,000 hours. Additionally, the company has supplied and operated the largest number of chillers and cooling towers, totaling over 600 units with a cooling capacity of 227,625 tons.
Engineer Ayman Korra, Chairman of the Board of Korra Energi, expressed his delight in the company’s participation in the exhibition, stating, “We have demonstrated our leadership in energy efficiency and contracting solutions, and we have successfully driven change in the central air conditioning industry. During the exhibition, Korra Energi will organize a workshop featuring Paolo Barolini, the Director of IT Cooling Applications at RCI from Mitsubishi Electric, to present high-efficiency cooling solutions for data center industry.
It is worth noting that the exhibition is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, with the participation of more than 250 companies from major players in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Many international, Arab, Asian, and European companies from countries such as China, India, Turkey, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Vietnam, and Italy are keen to participate in the exhibition to build strategic relationships and increase their sales volume. This comes after Egypt has made significant positive strides in creating an investment-friendly climate to attract Arab and foreign investments, diversifying its economy, and offering promising investment opportunities.
