Corporate Social Responsibility Philosophy

At Korra, we’re dedicated to fostering a ripple effect of positive change by uplifting individuals and communities. We recognize that a skilled and educated workforce is the cornerstone of a thriving economy. This conviction led to the creation of the Alkorra NGO, where we not only equip young people with the necessary tools for workplace success but also prepare them to become industry-prepared and productive. We provide training and work experience, fostering a generation of empowered individuals ready to contribute to their communities and the economy.

Our commitment extends to cultivating a culture of giving back within our company, where we volunteer our time and expertise and lead new social initiatives. Additionally, we offer scholarships to talented Egyptian students and support educational programs for widespread empowerment.

At Korra, we believe sustainable economic growth hinges on education fostering productivity. To this end, we’ve broadened our investment to nurture young Egyptian talent alongside our team. Additionally, we welcome undergraduates and graduates as trainees, bridging academic theory with practical experience.

Our support extends to initiatives molding future leaders. We’ve sponsored Sadat City School and Ein Shams University’s KEY program.
