With our successful track record at West Town Sodic in October City


We were chosen for Eastown District New Cairo (EDNC) Project in New Cairo.  This the newest commercial and retail destination of SODIC’S mixed use development.

Scope

Korra Energi’s executed the MEP works for the 16 retail & office buildings.


 Additionally, we implemented sustainable practices which resulted in achieving a 40% reduction in energy consumption, 33% reduction in water consumption & 22% reduction in embodied energy in materials supporting the project in having it the first EDGE Advanced Certified business park in Egypt.
