Korra Energi to Lead EGP 480M Turnkey Project for Taj City's Taj Plaza & Boulevard Showroom

Korra Energi has been awarded a comprehensive turnkey project for the Taj Plaza and Boulevard Showroom within Taj City, a flagship mixed-use development by Madinet Masr in New Cairo. With investments exceeding EGP 480 million, this project represents a significant partnership, leveraging Korra Energi's expertise to deliver a world-class commercial and leisure destination. Our role as a trusted partner is to ensure the project is executed to the highest standards of quality, luxury, and comfort, reflecting the overall vision of Taj City.

Scope

The scope of work for this project is a complete turnkey solution, covering a total area of 22,000 square meters across multiple levels. Korra Energi is responsible for the full execution of the following key workstreams:

Civil Works: All structural, foundational, and architectural civil engineering required for the multi-level complex.

Electromechanical Works: Comprehensive installation of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution networks.

Finishing Works: All interior and exterior finishing, including flooring, walls, ceilings, and other design elements to achieve a luxurious and modern aesthetic.

The construction is scheduled for completion in 2025, with all efforts focused on adhering to world-class standards to deliver maximum value for our customer.
