Corporate Social Responsibility Philosophy
We’re dedicated to fostering a ripple effect of positive change by uplifting individuals and communities. We believe that a skilled and educated workforce is the foundation of a thriving economy. This belief inspired the creation of the Alkorra NGO, where we equip young people with the essential skills and tools for workplace success. Our programs provide training and work experience, preparing individuals to become industry-ready and productive members of society.
Our dedication goes beyond training. We nurture a culture of giving back within our company, where our team volunteers their time and expertise to lead impactful social initiatives. We also offer scholarships to talented Egyptian students and support various educational programs, ensuring widespread empowerment and opportunities for all.
Through these efforts, we aim to build a generation of empowered individuals ready to contribute to their communities and drive economic growth.
