Scope

Our cogen and district cooling plant has been operating successfully for 15 years with 23 Megawatt electrical power & 5,180 refrigeration ton Cooling capacity.‘Design & Build’ of the first ‘Waste Heat Recovery for Power Generation’ (WHRPG) project for Cement Industry in Egypt where wasted heat generated from the Pre-Heater and Air Quenching Coolers of the Two Production Lines will be recovered and converted into Electrical Power (20 Megawatts) saving around 30% of the factories electrical dependency, improving facility’s energy efficiency and Carbon Footprin

It is one of the very unique projects in Egypt with sophisticated engineering solutions. We have received a recognition letter from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries where they praise the “design concept” of our work regarding this project.
