Overview
El-Fustat Garden Restoration is one of the main pivotal and important projects in Egypt
The project aims to restore the old garden to its former glory and turn it into an attractive touristic destination.
Korra Energi has awarded the cultural & Investment areas of the project from a garbage dump to the largest open garden in Egypt.
Scope
The comprehensive construction of the cultural & Investment zones of the project. The project restores the garbage dump to the largest open garden in Egypt bringing back Egypt’s heritage sites.
More than 35% of the cultural area will be an open garden containing some of the most historic important plants.
As for the investment area, it is planned to hold 12 restaurants, 4 malls, an arena, roman theater, 43 meter high steel iconic tower, adventure zone, fountains and large parking buildings. The total area for the investment zone is 130,460 meter square.
