Overview

The Eastern Co. Waste to Energy Incineration Plant, is a unique plant that converts industrial waste into chilled water for cooling purposes. Commissioned in 2009, it holds the distinction of being the only Waste-to-Energy (WtE) plant in the region generating chilled water.

Waste to Energy Incinerator plant that uses 1ton per hour industrial waste to produce 2,000 refrigeration ton chiller water, the project includes the largest steam absorption chiller in Egypt 1 Ton/hr Mixed Industrial Solid Wastes - 100 Liters/hr Industrial Liquid Wastes - 2,000 USRT Steam Absorption Chiller
